The firm is founded by Hichem Henchiri, PhD in Phytochemistry (Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris) and a graduate of the ESSEC Master in Strategy & International Business. Over fifteen years in R&D within Naturex (now Givaudan Active Beauty) and Solabia, two world-leading natural ingredient groups, before taking the position of R&D, Innovation & Quality Director at Arboretum Ingredients, where the patented Ultrasevum™ technology was developed.

From this trajectory emerged a rare dual perspective: the technical mastery of natural active development — plant extraction, analytical methods, stability and efficacy studies, regulatory compliance — combined with the strategic lens that turns science into competitive advantage.
